This specialized book contains a critical analysis of the consignment warehouse as an inventory, supply, and cost-optimizing tool in the supply chain. It first examines how and with what measures inventory-reducing effects can be achieved along the supply chain, before determining the appropriate procurement strategy for the recommended tool.
