Due to the time pressure and budget constraints that are prevalent in the IT industry, which necessitate the proper implementation and management of projects, efforts are made to accelerate certain processes. In light of this current issue, the book provides a guide for the systematic introduction of industry software in a waste management company, based on the ERP system MS Dynamics NAV.
