The terms 'death midwife' and 'death companion' no longer merely represent a training course, but rather an attitude filled with meaning, personality, professionalism, and substance. This profession also represents an intensive engagement with life, addressing and coping with life crises, alleviating fears, and dealing with existential questions. The goal of the work is always to support and promote the development and competence of the individual towards their own paths.
