Product details
Jacob Grimm (1785 - 1863) is regarded - along with his brother Wilhelm - as a founder of Germanic antiquity studies, Germanic linguistics, and German philology. Both became famous for their Children's and Household Tales, and the German Dictionary was also groundbreaking. The same applies to the German Grammar presented here in eight volumes. The first book of the second part deals with word formation. Reprint of the original edition from 1826.
