Product details
Patrick Willenbacher starts from the observation that standard economic incentive systems, which are based on the human image of Homo Oeconomicus, can lead to dysfunctional effects. Based on a behavioral science perspective, he demonstrates that such incentive systems are built on incorrect fundamental assumptions. He derives design recommendations for functional entrepreneurial incentive systems depending on the type of person and examines selected aspects of the corresponding conceptual considerations through an empirical study.
