Ila stands for integral leibarbeit - a breath- and body-oriented psychotherapy that assumes that mental injuries also find their expression in the body, and is therefore built on three pillars: Breath (breathing meditation for awareness of breathing, breathing exercises for active use of the breath, breathing massage for release of breathing, breathing session for process work and self-awareness), Body (movement exercises, movement meditations, dance, massages, water and holding work) and Soul (conversation, imagination, trance experience, spiritual experiences). This form of therapy can be used almost anywhere, and the holistic approach holds opportunities for healing in a wide variety of areas, which are described in detail.
