The work examines the permissibility of employee leasing in church institutions based on the concept of community of service. It focuses on the theological aspect of the community of service and derives from it requirements for employment relationships in church institutions. It analyzes the extent to which these theological requirements can be implemented in employee leasing. The resulting implementation deficits are compared with those of employment relationships that are permissible under church law. The findings take into account both the theological side of the community of service and the evaluations of church legislators, which are reflected in employment relationships permissible under church law.
