Product details
Empirical studies in German banks have shown that, alongside a well-functioning risk management system, document logistics is a crucial success factor for banks. Prior to this work, two dissertations were published in 2009 that thoroughly addressed the topic of document logistics, particularly in the banking sector. These studies primarily focused on the issues and, in particular, the empirical aspects regarding practical application and dissemination in Germany. There has been no examination of other European countries, such as Austria. This scientific investigation builds on the previously conducted research on document logistics and expands it with insights into the current situation in Austria.
