Parts refer to spare parts and accessories. These products often present opportunities for commercial development through online auction platforms as a marketing option. Therefore, this article follows a step-by-step approach to creating a business model based on the new era of Web 2.0, outlining the key points for analyzing a B-Web to transfer a current business from the physical world to the virtual world. This methodology allows for a comprehensive analysis of the main features that influence the business, thereby increasing the likelihood of success and reducing risks. Finally, a financial assessment of the projections was conducted based on market analyses and current spare part prices, utilizing mechanisms such as IRR, NPV, and the application of safety factors.
