Movement stories are fun, keep you fit, and promote attention and responsiveness. Each movement story includes signal words for which a corresponding movement—using arms or colorful scarves—can be demonstrated and then imitated by the participants. All movements can be performed either while standing or sitting. The movement stories can, of course, always be adapted to the needs and abilities of the participants.
