This study aims to analyze the availability of water resources in the context of hydro-pluviometric variability in the Domè sub-basin. Rainfall and hydrometric data collected from 1965 to 2008 allowed for an analysis of the impacts of rainfall variability on water resources. The results highlight the significant effects of the notable decline in rainfall over recent decades on runoff. This relatively high variability in rainfall also represents the most significant climatic constraints for both water resources and agricultural production. Effective management of water resources in the sub-basin will enable the population to fully realize their development by ensuring the social, economic, and ecological security of the community.
