The blows of fate that struck me and my family over a span of one and a half years were very harsh, as they claimed the lives of three beloved people. First, my mother fell ill with Alzheimer's dementia. The rapidly progressing disease affected not only her life but the entire family environment. In addition to these difficulties, which now dictated our daily lives, my father and my twin sister suddenly fell ill. The strength I received to accompany my parents and my twin sister until their end filled me with a deep gratitude that helped me through the grief. This book aims to show that despite illness and loss, there is always meaning in life.
