Course book with code and supplement

Target group: Adult learners at private language schools, universities, and adult education centres.

Inspire is the new French textbook from our partner Hachette. The publisher and the authors wanted to know from course instructors how they would like to learn French in the future and what they thought the ideal textbook would be. These feedback and suggestions on methods, tasks, and current topics of language acquisition were collected and evaluated, inspiring this textbook.

Structure of the course book

• Per volume, 9 units with material for approximately 90-120 lessons
• Clearly structured material
• Each unit starts with an introductory page featuring a photo on the topic, the learning objectives, an overview of the grammatical content, and a Culture Video
• Three lessons (one double page each), clearly divided into the sections comprendre and agir
• At the end of a unit, there is a lesson Techniques pour... with project work to consolidate what has been learned
• Two double-page s'entraîneurs to consolidate what has been learned through different types of tasks
• After every second unit, pages with DELF exam style tasks
• Access to the digital edition via a code in the book
• In the Parcours digital, per volume, 250 exercises (100 exercises from the course book and 150 additional exercises) including correction and review of the results.
