Intergenerational learning in pedagogical-gerontological practice research with hairdressers. Hypotheses: The customer relationships of hairdressers are particularly age-sensitive. Therefore, intergenerational learning is especially demanded and promoted here. Research question: What situations need to be created to foster intergenerational (adult) learning? In the study, intergenerational situations are experimentally created using the method of practice research, following the principle of dialogue. Learning in intergenerational interaction is observed and reflected upon (narrative guideline interviews, role-playing, group introspection, group discussions - video recordings, statements, researcher feedback, etc. as reflection stimuli). The influence (extent, quality, sustainability) of the interventions from practice research on the behavior of hairdressers is demonstrated through qualitative content analysis. Based on this, the learning situations are examined for their learning-promoting as well as learning-hindering effects on the intergenerational learning of hairdressers.
