Hans Jürgen "Kid" Kilinek was one of the greats: As the youngest German professional boxer, he fought his way up to European champion and was the star of the boxing world. Now retired, he spends his time throwing lavish parties for the West Berlin art scene - until his wife Elfriede is found shot dead in the hotel's cellar bar after an evening of revelry.
