The first Allgäu Labyrinth Book! With many photos and information about the numerous labyrinths in Allgäu and the surrounding area. Content: In my first small labyrinth book (Volume 1), I share my journey, which has taken me from Gothic to labyrinth over four decades. In 2008, I learned about the significance of the labyrinth during a lecture. Since then, I have been interested in labyrinths and working with them. At the same time, I gathered important experiences. Since 2009, I have been conducting labyrinth events in Allgäu and the surrounding area together with relaxation, mental, and Qi Gong trainer Uta Sander. Since 2013, we have been active as Allgäu companions and are on the move. In my second labyrinth book (Volume 2), I report on my experiences and our events, as well as on numerous labyrinths in Allgäu and the surrounding area. I summarize the essential events and information in bullet points. In between, I include my own photos and a few personal notes. I hope that this book will also contribute to raising public awareness of labyrinths and that those interested can learn about the possibilities of working with labyrinths.
