Sustainability cannot be achieved without change. What is true today may already be outdated tomorrow. People must continually face new challenges and learn to adapt to the new, altered circumstances. This is especially true in the workplace. Legal regulations are subject to constant change, which means that companies are both compelled to adjust their workflows and required to implement their own activities and measures in line with change management approaches. This paper examines the background, motives, and prospects for success of employee surveys at the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden.
