Leasing financing has established itself as a recognized financing instrument for small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria. The differences between a leasing contract for movable assets and credit financing, as well as the accounting, tax, and legal implications, are presented and illustrated in the contract templates. A sample example also demonstrates the changes in bank ratings compared to traditional bank financing.
