Today, we understand literature to encompass everything that is recorded in writing: from fiction to poetry, as well as non-fiction and specialized literature. However, until the 20th century, a different premise prevailed: literature was considered an aesthetically valuable work of linguistic art that followed certain criteria and was characterized by high quality. This led to the canonization of certain works. This selection of universally recognized classics has not lost its relevance to this day; it reflects the conditions of the time and allows us to recognize the present as well. Literature condenses the world while simultaneously deepening reality. Therefore, we have made it our mission to make classic novels available in their original form, thus reviving the worlds created by the authors.
