Intercultural communication and interculturality are frequently used terms. But what does interculturality mean? What is culture? What role does communication play in relation to culture and interculturality? The uniqueness of this work is that it provides the reader with an entry point to a constructivist understanding of communication and culture, and demonstrates the resolution of problems from a tourism ethics perspective in practice. Following an introduction to the issues at hand, the methodology used is presented. Based on the subsequent discussion of concepts such as culture, communication, and interculturality within the framework of constructivist viewpoints, the company with its problems and the strategies for solutions are outlined. Finally, the significance of intercultural solution strategies in practice is addressed. The developed strategies, viewed through the lens of a constructivist understanding of culture, are relevant for anyone looking to move away from a traditional definition of culture and interested in solutions from an intercultural and tourism ethics perspective.
