The book "Processing and Producing Head-final Structures" is a comprehensive collection of studies that addresses a significant yet under-researched linguistic phenomenon: the processing and production of head-final syntactic structures. While advancements in the field of human sentence processing have predominantly been made through the study of head-initial languages such as English, this work aims to deepen the understanding of head-final languages. It provides a comparison of findings from head-final and head-initial languages, highlighting languages such as Basque, Chinese, German, Japanese, Korean, and Hindi. The book is aimed at linguists with both theoretical and experimental backgrounds and offers discussions that are both theoretically and experimentally grounded, as well as experimental stimuli in the original languages.
