His heartfelt illustrations for warm stories are a hallmark of his numerous children's books, which have been published and awarded worldwide. Paloma M. de Wensell was also born in Madrid in 1945. She completed her studies with a state examination in philosophy and humanities. She has authored biographies for adults as well as educational texts for children. For many years, she has been very successful in collaborating with her husband, Ulises Wensell, to create illustrated stories.
