As taxi driver Anding picks up an apparently stray rooster in the middle of the street, he believes his life has finally taken a turn for the better. With its astonishing fighting skills and almost eerie aggression, the mysterious bird soon brings its new owner victory after victory in the country's cockfighting arenas, allowing Anding to finally pay off his family's accumulated debts. However, the good-natured taxi driver soon begins to suspect that his extraordinary feathered companion is not what it seems.
