Flexibility and diversity are essential survival elixirs in the rapidly changing economy. Project management, both as a method and as an attitude, has already established itself well in many areas, and the use of PM tools is a very significant component of this. This work addresses the question of how suitable and helpful an ERP-related tool like SAP-PS is for use in small and medium-sized enterprises.
