For example, the reader learns how to transform into a mysterious specter or a charismatic seducer depending on their mood, and how to properly perform dark rituals. The theoretical chapters convey a satanic philosophy that serves as a bitter counterpoint to the obedient, conformist "correctness" of the 21st century. "Satan's Handbook" is akin to the first German Satanic Bible. However, like Anton LaVey, the "father of all Satanists," the author firmly distances himself from those "merely evil" occult freaks who misuse the name of Satan to justify horrific acts such as child abuse, murder, or animal cruelty.
