Shingun repairs illegal cars on the streets but barely makes ends meet. When a wealthy American's car breaks down right in front of him, he seizes the opportunity to showcase his skills. However, he rigs the car in such a way that its owner will have to return. It is only later that he learns his client is the notorious gangster Jake, who has a very special offer for Shingun in addition to a workshop job.
