The book "The Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at Uniso" provides a comprehensive analysis of the effects of organizational culture on employee performance at the University of Somalia in Mogadishu. The study pursues three main objectives: to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial culture and employee performance, to identify the connection between competitive culture and employee performance, and to analyze the relationship between consensual culture and employee performance. Through the collection of 90 questionnaires from university staff, it was found that employee performance is significantly positively influenced by the three types of culture examined. The results of the regression analysis indicate that two of the constructs studied have a statistically significant and positive impact on employee performance. This scholarly book is a valuable resource for researchers and practitioners who are engaged with the dynamics of organizational culture and its influence on employee performance.
