This academic book examines the crucial relationship between different leadership styles and employee engagement. It is based on a comprehensive study conducted at Save the Children International's office in Ethiopia. The research focuses on three main leadership styles: transactional, transformational, and laissez-faire, as well as the various dimensions of employee engagement, including affective, continuance, and normative engagement.
