About the Work
The tenor is the essence of the judgment. All civil court judgments are preceded by the judgment formula, the tenor, which briefly summarizes the decision's content in full. This tenor is the "business card" of the judgment and the exam paper. It consists of three decisions: on the main issue, on costs, and on provisional enforceability. The formulation of the tenor also has a significant impact on the success of the exams in the Second State Examination in Law and their preparatory assessments within legal training.

Advantages at a Glance
Approximately 175 clearly explained application cases. The subdivision into thematic focuses facilitates the quick location of the desired tenor. A "trainer" for assessor training and for young judges.

About the New Edition
In the new edition, the tenors in frequently problematic cases of dispute resolution - even after a prior default decision - have been comprehensively revised and supplemented with practice-relevant constellations. The resolution between pending and legal pendency is re-evaluated. As necessary due to new legal regulations or current case law, previous cases have been revised and brought up to date.

Target Audience
For exam candidates, legal trainees, and civil judges.
