The book "Total Productive Maintenance in Production Systems" offers a comprehensive examination of the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in production systems. It aims to increase the productivity and availability of equipment. By analyzing the various pillars and tools of TPM, the specific requirements for their implementation are discussed. The book includes a case study that investigates the current production and maintenance activities at the Al-Forat factory, particularly in production line five of the Baghdad Company for soft drinks. It demonstrates how deviations in production activities can be identified to improve equipment availability and enhance productivity. Additionally, a methodology for implementing TPM in the mentioned production line is developed, supported by the use of OEE software, which provides detailed data for decision-making at all management levels.
