In recent years, this approach has gained importance in many teaching scenarios; however, there is a lack of academic literature specifically addressing its application in teacher education. The author, Tesfaye Habtemariam Gezahegn, advocates for a reflective and process-oriented approach that highlights both theoretical and practical aspects. The book examines existing teacher training programs and proposes conceptual and practical changes to transition from traditional didactic norms to an inclusive, social-constructivist approach.
