The book "Moderate Traumatic Brain Injury" offers a comprehensive analysis of moderate traumatic brain injury (TBI), a common medical phenomenon with high morbidity rates. It is based on a retrospective study of 66 adult patients treated at the University Hospital of Getafe between 2005 and 2015. The authors, Guillermo del Piñal and José Manuel Ortega Zufiría, examine epidemiological profiles, diagnostic approaches, and therapeutic measures. Additionally, crucial prognostic factors that influence the course and outcome in patients with moderate TBI are identified.
