Energy or light work is becoming increasingly popular. Many people sense that there is more than just what can be seen, touched, or proven. Often, they discover abilities within themselves that they do not know how to interpret. Many also wonder what they can do with these abilities, whether they are crazy or becoming so, if there are more things than they have experienced so far, and much more.

We aim to provide an overview of the things we have experienced, the challenges we have faced, and what we have learned from them. A brief overview of common types of energy will be presented, along with a short discussion of their areas of application. We want to illustrate, without judgment, how a path to energy work can be shaped and developed.

This is intended as a small handbook for finding one’s own self and for spirituality. It will show that there can indeed be guides to help one walk their own path directly.
