At the foreseeable end of my training as a vocational school teacher at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (EHB) in Zollikofen, I am engaging with workshop instruction. In this book, I present my thoughts, implementation materials, and insights from my critical self-reflection on conducting my self-created learning workshop on the topic of wine. To clarify the title of my work, Learning Workshop 'A Learning Menu by Recipe', I would like to establish a connection to my target audience (hospitality reception specialist HGA) while simultaneously laying the foundation of my concept. With the mandatory and elective tasks, the learner can create a personal learning menu - just like in a restaurant. I hope you enjoy the learning workshop 'A Learning Menu by Recipe'.
