Versatility and history
Designed by Jonas Torstensson in 1991, the Stumpastake now comes in several variations. All are made in Sweden from recycled aluminum – a sign of sustainable design. The Stumpastake was developed to fully utilize candle remnants instead of discarding them.

Practical accessories

Material and care
The product is made from 100% recycled aluminum. Raw aluminum should not come into contact with water to avoid stains. It is best cleaned in the oven at 60 °C: place the Stumpastake upside down on baking paper, heat it up, wipe off the wax, and repeat if necessary. Powder-coated models can be used outdoors under a roof but should not be exposed to direct weather conditions.
