Step 1: PET material is collected and sorted for the recycling process.

Step 2: In the next step, the PET material is thoroughly cleaned.

Step 3: It is then crushed into tiny pieces (flakes) and washed.

Step 4: The flakes are processed into granulate and then heated.

Step 5: From this, PET threads are drawn, which are spun, textured, and woven.

Step 6: In the final step, the rPET fabric is processed into a cover.
