Georg Jensen - Christmas Set 2021, Palladium

This year, Danish-born Sanne Lund Traberg has joined the renowned list of designers who have created Georg Jensen's annual Christmas collectibles. Her mobiles and decorations are inspired by winter plants from her own garden. The results of her work not only reflect nature, which is so essential to true Scandinavian design, but also draw from the floral photography of Karl Blossfeldt and Art Nouveau, both of which are significant parts of Georg Jensen's heritage.

The motif for 2021 is a modernly designed star, which is interpreted in various forms across the different products.

Georg Jensen's Christmas ornaments are plated with either 18k gold or palladium through an elaborate process.
