Product details
Finally! The exam period is over, and it has been accomplished! The joy and pride are endless, and the future lies optimistically at our feet. Celebrations with family, friends, and classmates mark the transition into the long-awaited freedom.
Our cheerful IQ Hoptimists are a lifelong reminder. That's why they make a great gift idea. They share the joy and aim to remind graduates to always hold on to their optimistic belief in the future with their little, energetic jump.
With a strong belief in the power of a smile, Gustav Ehrenreich created his cheerful Hoptimist movement in the late 1960s. The goal was to create a figure that would serve as an eternal reminder to stay positive and optimistic. Although the 60s are often referred to as "The Happy 60s," the decade was marked by unrest. Therefore, Ehrenreich's design was a welcome source of joy during an otherwise turbulent time.
Bimble and Bumble represent the very first Hoptimists from the designer's hand: a school-dressed girl with smiling eyes and an attentive boy with a cap on his head. The cheerful Hoptimists are now part of Danish design history and bring joy worldwide.
