Iittala - Alvar Aalto Vase 27 cm, clear

The Aalto vase was designed in 1936 and first presented at the Paris World Expo the following year. Its flowing, organic shape is still mouth-blown at the Iittala factory today. A team of seven highly skilled craftsmen is required to produce a single Aalto vase – an icon of modern design.
