Care instructions: In the first few weeks, threads may come loose from the pile. We ask that you do not pull them out, but rather cut them with small scissors. For cleaning, we recommend using a vacuum cleaner without a rotating brush to avoid damaging the rug. Stains can be best blotted out with a damp cloth made of the same material. For stubborn stains, it is advisable to use a suitable cleaning agent from a specialist store and consult a stain removal guide or a stain reference book if necessary. If intensive cleaning is required, simply take the item to a specialized carpet cleaning service.
