It comes with two built-in LED light sources. With the integrated CCT light management, you can variably adjust the color temperature of the light from warm white to daylight white, simulating the light colors of a daily routine. This adjustment is made using the included Q remote control. The remote allows you to control individual lights as well as light groups (up to 20 individual lights or Q-bulbs in a maximum of 3 groups), change their brightness and color, and save settings using the memory function. All Q lights can also be integrated into existing smart home systems that are based on the ZigBee wireless standard.

The smart speakers Echo Plus and Echo Show (2nd Gen) already have a built-in Zigbee hub and can communicate directly with the Q lights. However, for Echo Dot, Echo, Echo Spot, Echo Show (1st Gen), Google Home, and Google Home Mini, an additional gateway is required. By connecting to a third-party ZigBee-compatible gateway, the lights can be conveniently controlled via a corresponding app on a smartphone, tablet, or PC. In combination with voice assistants like Alexa or Google Home, controlling the lights with voice commands becomes possible, making phrases like "Alexa, turn on the light" a natural part of your routine and enhancing your comfort and security in your home.
