I just received the bed and I asked myself the same question as I live on the 5th floor without a lift. I have scanned the instructions for you, here: https://drive.google.com/file... . There are a lot of wooden dowels that you have to assemble with glue, but the bed should be stable enough without glue. The slatted frame should also not be fixed with nails. You cannot use a cordless screwdriver because the screws can only be tightened with a right-angled spanner.
I think not - but I don't know for sure. The bed does not have a sprung slatted frame, only rigid wooden slats. I think it can be done with a sturdy mattress for a light person.
If it is within the warranty time, and it is a product quality failure, we would cover / repair the bed accordingly.

The bed 🛌 is honestly not that stable I have additionally mounted metal angles...I still have normal mattresses on it for me is good....

I have a first-generation Xiaomi Mi Robot, and it barely got under the bed. I then attached an adhesive felt to each leg and since then it can go under the bed without any problems - and it's also better for the floor.

No, it is for a 160 x 200 cm mattress, as stated in the product title.
The height, without mattress, is given by the manufacturer as 19 cm.
Nothing slips with me - but I also have a very heavy futon mattress.
