I use the lamp in exactly the same way. As long as it is switched on via the light switch on the wall, the lamp can be controlled via the app. It can also then be switched off and on - as long as the wall switch is not operated. If the lamp is cut off from the power via the "normal", physical wall switch, the App or the Bridge can no longer control the lamp. Until the next time it is switched on via the wall switch.

Take a look at the website : https://www.philips-hue.com/de-ch... You clearly need a Hue Bridge to configure the Tap Dial.

For each Philips Hue light source, including the Aurelle, you can specify how it should behave after a power failure. To do this, you need the Philips Hue app. Select your product under Settings -> Lamps. Then activate the menu item Switch on (light behaviour when switched on). In the next submenu, you can define the switch-on behaviour. - Standard (warm white full brightness) - Last on (last used colour and brightness) - Switch on again after power failure (stays off or switches on again) - to measure (select colour and brightness)

Good morning No, unfortunately this is not possible (as far as I know). However, you can use it as a "normal" lamp with an on/off light switch, but "dimming and changing the light mode" will not work. Nabst WLAN you also always need a Hue Bridge. I hope I could help you. Greetings

The luminaire is only approved for indoor use as it has no seals against moisture and water.

Switch and lamp communicate neither via Bluetooth nor via WLAN but via Zigbee. Either directly with each other or via bridge. Bluetooth is only there so that it can be operated with the smartphone without a bridge and so that the set-up is easier. Existing hue lamps (if powered) extend the range. Therefore I would try it via bridge. Good luck

There are two models of this luminaire. With the basic version, you can choose between different warm and cold light colours. With the other luminaire, you can adjust the entire light colour range. For this reason, the basic version is cheaper!

If everything is wired correctly, i.e. earthing is present, phases are not reversed, then the integrated dimmer is probably defective, but in any case the lamp.
