Do I need a fireproof box for this spot?

Hello, as an architect I can say: if another tenant/apartment unit lives above the ceiling: yes, otherwise no. This applies to all spots. The suspended ceiling must also meet at least the EI30 standard: 2x12.5mm gypsum boards, the cavity must be completely filled with non-combustible mineral wool.

Your existing spots have 68mm inner diameter and 80mm outer diameter. This will therefore work. You don't need the connection transformer as the Hue spots are connected directly to 230V. Depending on where your transformers are installed, you may have to pull the 230V wires up to the spots.

Hoi - The hole must be 9cm in diameter, according to this schematic here: https://l11.scene7.com/is/image/L11/wh603/Philips_Hue_White_and_Color_Ambiance_Centura_Einbauspot_rund_LED--059fdbd50f0a70cd236bac02d9f5fa2e.png In other words, the LED spot is not 9cm but smaller, the installation is 9cm. And, what happens? No idea, probably "nothing" - i.e. the lamps burn with 4.3 watt... LG and happy holidays

According to research, the light source is already included. The colours can be set as desired via the Hue app. It should be noted, however, that an additional Hue Bridge is required to control the lamp. This is not included and would have to be ordered separately if you do not already have one.
