You need to connect the bridge directly to the wifi router as a priority. Then check whether the bridge can control the bulbs.
If this is not possible, you will need a repeater with several ethernet ports so that you can connect (at least) the bridge to them. Then check the range of the bridge (depending on the size of the flat).
As far as the repeater itself is concerned, you need to test between a PLC repeater (power line carrier). Basically, you plug it into an electrical socket (which MUST be on the same phase) and it should pick up the WiFi signal. Practical but not always stable!

Not an ultimate answer, but there are two other products listed for the 800 and 1100lumen versions. I assume/hope only the attributes are wrong and the product is indeed the 1600lm version.
BT means Bluetooth, you can change colour and brightness with your app and wouldn't need a Philips Hue Bridge.
The set with three bulps without BT is from another seller (Pfister), not directly sold by Galaxus. Maybe that's where the difference in pricing is comming from.
