This works, the mattress is 10 cm in front of the slatted frame on each side (see photos). Of course, you can also take a shorter mattress. https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/8/0/3/7/5/8/3/RF-170504-balsiger-textil-lavie-0067.jpg?fit=inside%7C464:368&output-format=progressive-jpeg https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/8/0/3/7/5/9/3/RF-170504-balsiger-textil-lavie-0034.jpg?fit=inside%7C464:368&output-format=progressive-jpeg
The distance between the floor and the bed is 19.5 cm, so it's going to be tight.
I’m using the bed with a 160x200 foam mattress from IKEA. It works perfectly fine, the mattress is coming of around 5cm on each side but that’s not noticeable when laying in bed at all.
Hi Katharina, actually pretty much any mattress you think is comfortable. There is no spring frame on it, which means that every mattress is only as hard or soft as it is. I had a futon on it until I changed to a tatami as a mattress base.
I use two mattresses and they don't slip. Despite trampoline replacement use of a three year old:)
To your questions 1. I currently have the bed set at 140 width, the size holds well. I use the bed every day. I used to have it at 180, I had to straighten it occasionally as it contracted slightly, but didn't bother me. I have to lift the mattress to move it. Otherwise it stays fixed. I never had a problem with it.
In this case, please contact our customer service directly so that an appropriate order can be placed. :) https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de
No, there will not be enough space. Also, please remember that the space between the grid and the floor has an important function. It allows air to circulate and your mattress to "breathe".
I ca. 10kg
Changing" the bed is a bit tedious because the bed is big and the frame is made of wood and therefore heavy. I wouldn't expect myself to do that every day, there are certainly more practical options. But the bed is definitely cool, we use it as a sofa/guest bed.

Unfortunately not.
The bed is the same - simply from two different suppliers or intermediaries: the cheaper version is sold by Galaxus, the more expensive one by an intermediary called Ikarus. We are very happy with the Tojo-V, by the way. We have two of them.
Your mattress works and the load capacity is up to approx. 200 kg. http://www.greenliving-shop.de/Schlafen/Betten/Bett-Tojo-v.html http://www.tojo.de/de/produkte/tojo-v-bett
They are the same product - the cheaper one is offered directly by Galaxus, the more expensive one is from an external supplier (Ikarus). We have two of these Tojo V-beds and are very satisfied!
The width of the "hand gel bed" is variable - so it's certainly not a problem. We currently have 2 simple 90x200 mattresses on it - so the length also fits perfectly. Very practical, especially for flexible living.
Bought two. No creaking to be heard.
Bottom grate 20cm, grate height 3.5cm, distance between bases ~1m.
