Thanks to the very large seat depth, it is easier for wheelchair users to sit or lie down on the bench to change clothes. Additionally, the 2 cm higher seat height facilitates the transfer from wheelchair to bench and back. For a possible accompanying person, the higher bench also makes it easier to assist with changing. The changing bench complies with the standards DIN 913 and DIN 7917.
