To move heavy loads, you need a secure connection. The SBS-PML-1500N lifting magnet from Steinberg Systems is ideal for transporting ferromagnetic materials. The powerful lifting magnet has a load capacity of 1,500 kg and allows for easy and safe handling.

The magnetic lifter features a powerful neodymium magnet. With this permanent magnet, ferromagnetic loads such as steel girders or car bodies can be lifted effortlessly. The lifting magnet can carry flat objects weighing up to 1,500 kg and round objects up to 750 kg, securely gripping pipes with a diameter of 150 - 350 mm. Unlike forklifts or gripper arms, magnetic transport protects the surface of the workpiece.

The lifting magnet is particularly impressive due to its quick and easy handling. The compact and lightweight device simply needs to be positioned centrally on the workpiece. The magnet is activated by turning the lever, generating lifting capacity without the need for electricity.

The lifting magnet has been tested for safety. It received a safety coefficient of 3+ (EN 13155) for the air gap test, ensuring reliability under real operating conditions. With a tear-off force of 4,700 kg for flat workpieces, the lifting magnet offers maximum safety in the workplace.
