Our Girouette chocolate and cheese scraper was developed to make fine chocolate or cheese flakes. The sharp blade on the swivelling handle grates cheese and chocolate into thin flakes. The stainless steel mould makes it easy to shape melted chocolate. To keep it fresh, simply use the plastic cover supplied.
