The Console Heroes Mega Drive Altered Beast diorama is a collectible item representing the boss battle in the legendary Altered Beast game in miniature. This accessory is shaped like a Sega Mega Drive game cartridge that opens up to reveal a detailed staging of the game's first boss battle.

The diorama includes two mini figures: a 3.8 cm tall werewolf and a large Aggar boss, both with stands for display. The staging depicts details of the graveyard, such as bones, statues, and a flame effect on a bright base, as well as a background featuring the game's iconic statues and UI elements. The cartridge closes compactly, but the figures do not fit inside and are placed on their display stands.
